This was a popular workshop last time Jaime was in town so we’re offering it again! By working on initiations, character and confidence, Jaime will help you break out of being a mom or wife in every scene. And we’ll talk a lot about feelings.

ADVANCED IMPROV

Saturday, January 7th 4pm-6:30pm * only $25!
Must have graduated from a program or had two years of performance experience – email jamen@planetant.com with any questions. If it has been a while since you’ve taken a class, or if you’re looking for a fresh perspective, try this workshop! By working on environment, extreme yes, and character exploration Jaime will help you freshen up your improv, and find ways to step out of your comfort zone! Must have graduated from an improv program, or have at least one year of improv performing experience.

ENVIRONMENT (It’s not just for Al Gore)

Sunday, January 8th 1pm-3:30pm * only $25!
In this workshop Jaime will work with you on getting back to the basics, and remind you of the scene partner who will ALWAYS do what you want: object work and environment. Take this workshop if you find yourself in “talking heads” scenes, or you only ever seem to have an object work cup of coffee. It will be fun, promise.

ABOUT JAIME:
Jaime Moyer currently resides in Los Angeles, California where she teaches at The Second City Hollywood. She performs with several improv troupes and recently won the Los Angeles Improv Festival’s coveted Sketch Cage Match for directing “Margot’s Pie, Made from Sketch.” Jaime is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the Actors Equity Association (AEA) and has performed in and/or directed over fifty professional productions. She has also appeared in several feature length and short films including the popular “Fancy Catz” videos which currently have over 400,000 views on YouTube. Jaime additionally coaches the Shakespearean improv troupe, “A Horse,” who were recently accepted to the Los Angeles Fringe Festival.

Reservations are first come, first serve. The workshops will top off at 16 people.
