The Home Team is 10 years old!

Sunday, September 5th at 3pm, the party begins with mingling and refreshments, like only the Ant can do. Take part in our Scavenger Hunt throughout the Hamtramck Labor Day Festival at 4pm – winners will receive free tickets to one of our shows as well as gift certificates to local Hamtramck restaurants. The shows begin at 6pm with a teaser for the upcoming season and The Home Team rules the stage at 7pm. Pewter Cub and The Alison Lewis Band perform after dark.

Planet Ant Theatre, for many years, has developed and produced new plays, providing a present and vital voice for our community. To further this effort, we are pleased to launch The Ant Farm – a monthly stage reading series of innovative and original works by local playwrights, directors and artists.

Join us for our first reading on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 3pm.
Admission is pay what you will.

Submissions are always welcome, ranging from short to full length, raw to fully polished.
